Biography: Michael L. Mastrogiovanni was born in Connecticut and moved to Florida with his family when he was four years old. In 1994, he opened the first of two assisted living facilities, which he operated until 2004, when he received his law degree. Volunteering is not uncommon for Michael. He has given his time as an arbitrator for the juvenile arbitration program, as a Judge for teen court, and as a Mediator in Small Claims Court. Michael interned for the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office and was hired upon graduation in December 2004. Through a certification program developed by the Florida Supreme Court, he worked as a prosecutor until joining the firm in October 2005. Michael has lived in Pinellas County for more than 30 years, is married, and has two daughters.
Position: Mike handles cases in Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties.
